Manual steps
- For TeX Live, set the repository to the Rasanegaar CTAN path (final path may vary slightly):
tlmgr option repository https://mirror.rasanegaar.com/ctan/systems/texlive/tlnet - Or download packages/images from the fancyindex listing.
Updating CTAN in Iran
When CTAN mirrors are slow from Iran, tlmgr updates via the local mirror save workshops.
Until the local mirror is ready, use the official or another nearby mirror.
